Fey Montuori
Federica Montuori, better known as “Fey”, is the CEO and Founder of AXESS—a high-impact platform connecting influential leaders through curated, intentional experiences. Born in Italy, Fey began her journey in door-to-door sales and later transitioned into luxury real estate, where she discovered a powerful truth: the right room can transform your mindset, access, and future. As she entered higher circles, she noticed a growing disconnect—high-level individuals are constantly invited, yet rarely find rooms that offer real alignment, trust, and meaningful connection.
That insight led to the creation of AXESS—not to provide more access, but the right access. Beyond AXESS, Fey is a business strategist and high-level connector, known for linking investors to exclusive opportunities in the U.S. and Mexico, and advising brands on growth, positioning, and visibility.
